We have recently introduced LED (Light Emitting Diode) light for gardening. With its efficient lighting technology, we can now have more options to further protect and care of our environment. Its benefits include:
low power consumption;
an extremely long service life;
high degree of energy efficiency (electricity saving more than 70% comparing to the traditional halogen spotlight); and
extreme low heat generation
(Unlike typical halogen spotlight, It's blazing hot that not only makes higher temperature to surrounding but also, in some cases, it may burn leaves in the garden and hurt people when it's touched)
Apart from environmental benefits, the use of energy-saving lighting has economic benefits too. Saving electricity on lighting and air-conditioning means saving money.
There are our proposed applications for garden lighting:
1. LED spotlight for illuminating trees or statues
The proposed LED spotlight can be easily plugged into the water-proof spotlight case to achieve the above benefits:
Hassle-free installation - simply open the cover of the case, unplug the halogen bulb and its reflector and plug the LED spotlight and putting the cover back.
2. LED High Power Flood Light - wall-mounted
The proposed LED flood light provides bright enough for outdoor activities, such as outdoor dining, BBQ and etc. Several models supporting wide range of power is available, 10watt and 20watt (= 100 watt and 200 watt of typical halogen spotlight) are most suitable the mentioned purposes.
